1. Processing Time
Since each pair of leather shoes is handmade and custom-made, generally it takes 20 business days for processing after receiving your order. Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST (GMT+10:00) on a business day will begin processing the next business day at 9:00 AM AEST (GMT+10:00). Orders will not be processed on Saturday and Sunday. 

2. Delivery Time
Shipping Time: 3-7 business days. After your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email address. Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 23-27 business days from the order date, including processing and transit time.

3. Change of Delivery Address
NO FEE for changing shipping address BEFORE we provide you the tracking number.

4. Order Tracking
You can track your order information through the email we sent to you.

5. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately, we will not charge additional handling fees and provide a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, the standard return policy will apply.

6. Shipping Details
We offer free shipping on all orders, and customers will receive the product after payment without any additional taxes or fees. We cover all applicable taxes.We currently only support shipping to the United States and Australia, do not support shipping to other regions.
